We want you to love your Toad&Co gear, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase for items in their original condition. Our 'Joy Guarantee' ensures that if you aren't happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Choose Your Option

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason; choose between a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label and securely pack your items, preferably in the original reusable mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any official USPS location; you will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
